Certification

Yes. The course is recognised by the Ministry of Health Malaysia (KKM), is fully compliant under the Food Hygiene Regulations 2009, and is accepted by local municipal councils (PBT) nationwide.

Lifetime. It is a one-time certification that stays valid for life.

Your digital PDF certificate arrives within 12 hours of completing the class. The laminated physical copy is sent by PosLaju and arrives in 2–4 working days.

The class

The Food Handler course is a 3.5-hour interactive online class held on Zoom. You join live from your phone, tablet or computer, with no travel needed.

Yes. Training is offered in English, Bahasa Malaysia or Chinese, so your whole team can follow along comfortably.

Cooks, waiters, kitchen helpers, food delivery riders, cloud kitchens, hawkers and food factory personnel: anyone who handles food or works in food premises.

Corporate & in-house

Yes. Our In-House / Onsite programme sends a trainer to your restaurant or premises. Request a quotation and we will confirm minimum pax and scheduling with you.

Yes. In-house training is fully HRD Corp (HRDF) claimable for registered F&B companies. Share your HRD Corp details in the quotation form and we will guide you through the claim.

Yes. Onsite Typhoid (TY2) vaccination can be added to your in-house training day. Tick the option in the quotation form and we will explain how it works.
